A burner that clicks and clicks without lighting. An electric coil that stays cold while the other three heat fine. A glass cooktop where one zone won't come on at all. Stovetop faults are usually electrical or a fouled igniter, and they're usually fixable without replacing the whole range. We work on gas, electric, and induction cooktops across Metairie and out toward Kenner, all major brands, no brand affiliation. Cooking on two working burners gets old fast. Tell us which burner and what it does when you turn the knob — us, or the quote form.

We cover 70001, 70002, 70003, and 70005 in Metairie, plus nearby Jefferson, River Ridge, and Kenner.
Depends on what failed. Igniters, elements, sensors, switches, and valves are routine parts on most ranges. When the failure is a cracked cooktop or heavy internal corrosion, we'll say so plainly and you can decide from there.
Yes. Gas ranges, electric coil and smooth-top, dual fuel, and slide-in models. Gas calls include checking connections for leaks after the repair, because a tight fitting matters as much as the part we replaced.
Often yes on electric, since the oven runs on a separate circuit path. With gas, if you smell gas or see yellow flames, shut it off and stop using the appliance until a technician has looked at it.
A weak bake element or a gas igniter that's lost resistance heats slower than it should. Igniters degrade before they fail outright. A blocked vent or a door gasket that no longer seals also bleeds heat during preheat.
Call us and we'll give you the next open window on our Metairie route. Since we run this area regularly, same-week visits are usually workable. Morning calls usually land an earlier slot.
Call us or fill out the form. Describe what the appliance does and does not do. Noises, error codes, smells, puddles. Brand and model help. That detail lets us plan the visit right.
A technician comes to your kitchen or laundry room and tests the machine instead of guessing. Controls, heating parts, motors, seals, drains. You hear what failed and what the repair involves before work starts.
Nothing gets replaced until you say go. Common parts are handled on site when we have them. If a part must be ordered, we tell you that up front and schedule the return.
Ask these of anyone you let into your home — us included. Call and we'll answer all five before you book anything.
