Georgia homes run hard on their appliances. Humid summers, red clay dust, well water in the outlying counties — all of it wears on a washer, a fridge, an oven. We repair all major brands as an independent shop, from metro Atlanta out to the smaller towns. Pick your city from the list below, or just call us and tell us what the appliance is doing.

Verify it yourself. Ask for the business name, address, and a phone number you can call back. Check the Georgia Secretary of State business search and the Better Business Bureau. Some Georgia cities and counties require a local business license, so you can call city hall and ask. We answer those questions plainly when homeowners ask us.
Depends on your city and how the schedule looks that day. Call us and we'll tell you the truth about the next open window instead of a guess. If your fridge is out and food is at risk, say so when you call — that changes how we sort the day.
We work across a wide stretch of the state and into neighboring states. Coverage varies by town, and some rural addresses take longer to reach. The city list below is the fastest way to check. If your town isn't shown, call and ask — we may still be able to route a technician.
Brand, and the model number if you can find it. Model tags hide inside the fridge on a side wall, on the door frame of a washer or dryer, or on the oven door jamb. Then describe the symptom: drum turns but no heat, water pools under the crisper, burner clicks but won't light. That tells us what to load on the truck.
Often, yes. Built-in wall ovens, under-counter dishwashers, and older top-load washers are all things we see regularly. Parts availability is the limit on very old units. If a part is no longer made, we'll say so straight rather than string you along.
Call us or fill out the form. Describe what the appliance does and does not do. Noises, error codes, smells, puddles. Brand and model help. That detail lets us plan the visit right.
A technician comes to your kitchen or laundry room and tests the machine instead of guessing. Controls, heating parts, motors, seals, drains. You hear what failed and what the repair involves before work starts.
Nothing gets replaced until you say go. Common parts are handled on site when we have them. If a part must be ordered, we tell you that up front and schedule the return.
Ask these of anyone you let into your home — us included. Call and we'll answer all five before you book anything.
